this brand is a mystery for me to compare with
WWPCM06312:
1. this kind of vertical string "joker" used only by B&B and never by WPC;
2. both brand made for the Quality Park in St.Paul, hometown of B&B;
3. I saw a box with a stamp of WPC;
4. series jokers and backs are typical for WPC (r016 used in other brands);
5. some backs are typical for B&B (r010, r021).

What does it mean? Who knows?
My idea: "Assn. of American Playing Card Manufacturers" owned by
USPCC,
but non announced due to Anti Monopolistic Law (The Clayton
Antitrust Act of 1914).
