"The Colour Printing Plant"

"The Colour Printing Plant" in Saint Petersburg was the only one publisher of
cards in Russia and USSR since 1817. It was very special situation in USSR:
cards was forbidden (for example, bridge was forbidden in 1973 by special low),
but widely saled. Only in the end of XX century state monopoly was destroied.
But without great effect. There are no new publishers, only some decks printed
at different plants. And chinesse cards won the market.
